Biography

Jovita thrives on complex legal challenges. Drawing on her philosophy background, she analyzes cases with a sharp, creative eye.  

Jovita’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and business disputes, including contractual claims, economic torts, and professional liability as well as trust and estate litigation. With her unflappable composure, collaborative style, and laser-sharp focus, she endeavors to secure optimal resolutions for clients with the maximum efficiency possible.

Jovita is committed to strengthening the legal community. She serves on the boards of several legal organizations, including the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, the Oregon Asian Pacific American Bar Association Foundation, and the Oregon Women’s Lawyers Foundation, and was past president of the Multnomah Bar Association.
